I am a real estate and property lawyer having extensive experience in litigation as well as non-litigation work related to property and property disputes. My forte lies in attempting to bring the disputing parties on the table for mediation so that any unnecessary litigation is avoided. I practice in the Hon'ble Bombay High Court and all lower courts in Mumbai and Mumbai suburbs like small causes court, Bombay City Civil Court, RERA tribunal, SRA Tribunal, collector office, Dy.Registrar of Co-operative societies tribunal, co-operative courts, etc. I also draft all kinds of legal documents like agreements for sale, conveyances, MOUs, development agreements, lease agreements, leave and license agreement, tenancy agreement and other ancillary and related documents. I have fairly sound knowledge of various laws touching property including welfare legislations like RERA and MOFA. I thus provide comprehensive legal services. However if I do not have knowledge on any particular topic, I will either politely refuse the matter or research on the same and get back. I strongly believe in finding simple solutions to varied legal problems by encouraging my clients to explore amicable settlement of disputes. Thus I don't work like a taxi-meter provoking my clients to pursue litigation (unless absolutely necessary) which is quite known to be never ending. This practice of mine is in consonance with the mandate of our believed Mola Syedna Burhanuddin who always promoted amicable settlement of disputes and avoid litigation as far as possible. This is to achieve business growth and prosperity so that the valuable resources of Mumin can be deployed for better purposes for the upliftment of the community as a whole and for various pious purposes. I choose my clients. Not vice versa. I work with clients with whom I am comfortable. Thus even if I am paid as per my scale of fees, I reserve my right to refuse any prospective client if on initial interaction I find that I will not be comfortable in providing my services to that person.
