Open Bracket Rack is a specialized, compact storage system designed with a grid of small, evenly sized compartments. It is engineered specifically for organizing, sorting, and quickly retrieving small items, spare parts, paperwork, hardware fittings, and sanitary components.

• Depth: 9 in, 12 in, 15 in, 18 in, 21 in, and 24 in.

• Width: 23 in, 29 in, 35 in, 41 in, and 47 in.

• Height: From 2 ft up to 10 ft (in 1 ft increments).

• Flexibility: Every internal compartment/bracket configuration is fully customizable to any size and any quantity required.

Material & Gauge Specifications

• Standard Build: Manufactured using a durable 24-gauge panel paired with a heavy-duty 16-gauge angle frame for everyday commercial utility.

• Heavy-Duty Variants: Also available in reinforced 22-gauge and 20-gauge panels upon request for high-capacity applications.

• Available Panel Gauges: 26, 24, 22, 20, and 18 gauge.

• Available Angle Gauges: 18, 16, and 14 gauge.

Load Capacity

• Per Bracket: Each individual bracket compartment holds a weight capacity of 35–40 kg.

• Total Unit Capacity: A single, fully configured Pigeon Hole Rack unit can comfortably support up to 1 ton (1,000 kg) of total goods.
